Goldberg, Meanix, McCallin & Muth changes law firm's name to reflect contributions by Partner Cheryl McCallin

McCallin has 20 years of experience in Family Law practice

WEST CHESTER _ Lawrence A. Goldberg, Founding Partner, announces that Cheryl McCallin's name has been added to the firm's name and the law firm will be now known as Goldberg, Meanix, McCallin & Muth.

"We are delighted to highlight the importance of our Partner Cheryl McCallin and to recognize her leadership in the development of our Family Law Practice. The partners of the firm voted to include Cheryl," Goldberg said. "Our clients benefit from the significant synergies between our expertise in other areas of the law and the experience, knowledge and compassion that Cheryl McCallin brings to Family Law."

McCallin has 20 years experience in the practice of Family Law. She practiced in Chester County Domestic Relations as a Staff Attorney prosecuting child, spousal support and paternity cases for over nine years. McCallin went on to become a Master in Family Court for five years before joining Goldberg, Meanix & Muth in 2008. McCallin has repeatedly been recognized in the press as being among the top Family Law and Divorce lawyers in the area.

Partner Martin P. Manco said, "Cheryl has an insider's understanding of Family Court and Domestic Relations. Her knowledge and her passion make her a powerful advocate for our clients."

McCallin received her BA magna cum laude from West Chester University and her JD from the Widener University Law School.

McCallin has been married to her husband Darryl for twenty eight years. As a mother of three children, ages 22, 19, and 17, McCallin is familiar with the challenges of raising a family and maintaining a career. She is especially concerned with upholding the best interest of children in custody arrangements and amicably handling Family Law disputes to minimize acrimony. Her practice includes divorce, custody, grandparent's rights, spousal and child support, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Firm partner Dawson R. Muth said, "When Cheryl McCallin joined our firm, she provided a foundation of knowledge, talent and passion for our Family Law Practice. She has done a wonderful job. People going through divorce or custody disputes are experiencing the worst times of their lives. Cheryl has great compassion for these clients, but she is also a fierce fighter for their rights."

"I am thrilled that my partners have chosen to honor me in this way." said McCallin. "Our firm has built a network of strong relationships through decades of service to our clients in many areas of the law. I am proud to be a part of continuing that tradition."
