Goldberg, Meanix & Muth names Martin P. Manco to lead new division of West Chester law firm

Manco will be in charge of helping early stage and turnaround companies

WEST CHESTER: Goldberg, Meanix & Muth announces that Martin P. Manco has joined the firm's business practice as an associate in West Chester. He will lead the firm's new group focused on the special needs of early stage and turnaround companies.

Partner Lawrence A. Goldberg said, "We are delighted to welcome Marty back to our firm. Our clients will benefit from the significant synergies between our existing capabilities and the experience that Marty brings to us."

Manco has extensive experience in the biomedical fields, including work in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical diagnostics, biosafety laboratories and microbiological quality assurance. He also has experience in commercial real estate, oil and gas, construction and construction materials, and a variety of manufacturing and service industries.

Previously he served as secretary, general counsel, chief financial officer and chief executive for a number of early stage and turnaround enterprises. Manco has held the appointment as a lecturer at Pennsylvania State University where he taught in the Graduate Program in Management focusing on entrepreneurship and business acquisitions.

Manco holds an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and subsequently earned a Masters in Business Administration and Advanced Certificate in MIS from Penn State, and his JD from The Widener University Law School. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Licensing Executives Society, and the Knowledge Management Group of Philadelphia.
