Cheryl A. McCallin
Cheryl McCallin directs the Family Law practice at Goldberg, Meanix & Muth. Cheryl was a Master in Family Court and served as a Staff Attorney for Chester County Domestic Relations. Cheryl McCallin is a skilled attorney with 20 years experience in the practice of Family Law. Cheryl has a diverse and strong background having worked in executive management with Dun and Bradstreet for ten years while pursuing her law degree. Cheryl graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University, and within six short years went from an entry level position with Dun and Bradstreet to Director of Communications reporting to the Senior Vice President. During this period she also married her husband of twenty eight years, Darryl McCallin, and commenced her law studies. Cheryl started a family while pursuing her law degree and graduated from Widener University School of Law.
Cheryl McCallin practiced in Chester County Domestic Relations as a Staff Attorney prosecuting child, spousal support and paternity cases for over nine years. She went on to become a Master in Family Court in Chester County for five years before joining Goldberg, Meanix & Muth in 2008. Cheryl joined the well established firm to grow and develop the Family Law division of the practice. Today, the firm's Family Law practice is one of the most respected in the county.
As a mother of three children, ages 22, 19, and 17, Cheryl is familiar with the challenges of raising a family and maintaining a career. She is especially concerned with upholding the best interest of children in custody arrangements and amicably handling Family Law disputes to minimize acrimony. Her practice includes divorce, custody, grandparent's rights, spousal and child support, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements where Cheryl's business background provides a real advantage to clients.
